Reservation and Advance deposit

Asking for a Guaranteed Reservation
Making an online reservation with Dadagurus Hotel Anand is very easy.

Just complete and send the reservation form making sure that you have given us your e-mail address and a valid phone number.

As soon as we receive your request we will contact you to confirm the reservation. It is our policy to reply to all requests within 24 to 48 hours

NOTE : Once you have deposited the payment in our accounts please fax us the deposit slip with your name and telephone numbers at 07692 222222 or you can email the scan copy of the deposit slip. Please note that vouchers/tickets will only be released once the payment is credited into our accounts.



How much Advance do I pay and when?
After receiving reservation details and sending you confirmation Email you should pay in our bank accounts 1 night's advance. Rest of the balance is to be paid 15 days ahead of check in date. If booking is made less than 15 days preceding to check in date a complete amount is charged at one go.


What sort of acknowledgement will I receive when I book a hotel room?
When the booking is confirmed (by email), the payment will be processed. You will also be able to print your reservation confirmation voucher, you may be asked to present to the front desk upon checkin. Generally, you only present your identification to the hotel reception when you check in.


What is a CONFIRMATION VOUCHER?
Once the room is confirmed, we will send you, by email, a confirmation voucher detailing all the reservation and price conditions. We invite you to make printout of this voucher to be kept and presented at the time of your check-in. Make sure to have it in hand upon arrival.


How do I know if my hotel reservation is confirmed?
We will send you a confirmation email. This email will include a voucher containing the dates and details of your reservation. Note that the voucher attached to the mail must to be kept until you arrive at the hotel.


How long does it take to get a confirmation?
24 to 48 hours except for special cases (during festival periods, weekends, high season, or special events...). It may sometimes take only a few hours: we are trying our best to get back to you as soon as possible.

Changing/Canceling a reservation

What is your cancellation policy for hotel reservations?

If you cancel the reservation :
= More than 45 days preceding your check-in date : you pay 10% on total booking amount
(Room Tariff + taxes )

= 45 days to 30 days preceding your check-in date : you pay 1 nights room charge
If your booking was for only 1 night then the full amount will be charged.

= 30 days preceding or No Show : 100% advance paid

If a booking is cancelled before 45 days of arrival, there will be 10% cancellation charge.

If a booking is cancelled before 16 days and within 44 days of arrival, there will be 1 night retention charges.

If a booking is cancelled within 15 days of arrival there will be 100% cancellation charges.


Also be informed that cancellation has to be made on the corresponding email ID : info@hotelanand.in ONLY otherwise no cancellation will be entertained.
